Amen! Thank you for sharing these wise words. So many want to give advice they aren’t qualified to give just because they think they should say something. I saw this happen at Bible study this week during prayer request time. Someone shared a problem and quite a few jumped in to give advice. Most advice was that she should confront her Christian boss about her tendency to gossip about patients and other employees. The person asking for prayer was one of the quietest people I’ve ever met and I can’t imagine her confronting anyone, let alone her boss. I’m praying the Lord will show her what to do and I’m hoping she will ignore a lot of the advice people offered. Most of those giving advice often confront people.
