The problem is that the research is not settled on either side. At my age, I don't have too many years ahead anyway. I work on keeping my immune system strong , eating right, and taking the time to get enough sleep. And, of course, I wear a mask when I go out and I don't go out more than necessary. I rarely see people outside my household.
My husband had the first shot and was supposed to get the second about the time he broke his neck. So he hasn't gotten it yet and may have to start over. I will probably make my decision when my oral surgery is over and healed.
