I read a book that made me rethink continuing to take a calcium supplement. I do take Vitamin D, but what I read agreed with what your doctor told you about calcium. I decided to go off the supplements for a year and see if it made any difference in my calcium levels. So far things are still looking good. Many people don’t know that calcium also needs to partner with magnesium to do its work. It’s often magnesium people don’t get enough of in their diets.
