I think what readers want is authenticity. I know that’s what I want. I see enough from “brands” on TV and all over social media. Obvious branding efforts by bloggers turn me off. Ironically, by their branding efforts, bloggers often seem less like themselves and lose some of their uniqueness. I’m a person, not a brand. I don’t try to sell myself. I’d like to share my ideas and experiences to try to inspire readers or inform them.
