The devil knew I had a moral compass. So he didn’t present it as a moral issue. More like an experiment, or a problem to be solved. I didn’t hate my brother or want to hurt him.

What’s scary is how many teens today don’t have a Christian moral compass and still are vulnerable to temptations like this. I can well see this could be a problem to latchkey kids when one is much older than the other and expected to be in charge until Mom or Dad gets home.

Christian, bereaved adoptive mom, blogger, amateur nature photographer, voracious reader. Married 54 years. Central Coast of California.
